Store Manager, New Flagship Store

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join the leadership team of an exciting new flagship store in Paris. Reporting directly to the Flagship Store General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a large retail team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the store delivers outstanding results and an exceptional customer journey.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will support the overall success of the flagship store by leading, motivating and developing your team while delivering strong commercial performance and operational excellence.

People Leadership

• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Create a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and development conversations.
• Identify and nurture future talent through succession planning.
• Lead by example, inspiring your team through your energy, professionalism and passion for retail.

Commercial Performance

• Drive sales, productivity and profitability across your area of responsibility.
• Analyse key performance indicators and implement action plans to maximise results.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Support stock management to ensure excellent product availability.
• Execute seasonal launches, promotional activities and in-store events to a consistently high standard.
• Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and customer service.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Drive stock accuracy, loss prevention and operational efficiency.
• Manage scheduling, resource planning and day-to-day store operations effectively.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience through strong attention to detail and execution.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced retail manager with a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering commercial success.

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people.
• Excellent commercial awareness and experience managing sales, KPIs and profitability.
• Outstanding organisational and planning abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the shop floor.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods when required.
