General Manager sought for a thriving leisure and hospitality site in Sheffield.

My client is the market leader in their field, creating an environment for all ages in sites that offer an exciting mix of hospitality and leisure across the UK. They are now looking for a General Manager for their site in Sheffield.

This is a successful site that is ready to be taken to the next level by an experienced GM. You will be managing a team of 30+ and will be responsible for improving the customer journey and maximising revenue opportunities. Their reputation is built on a strong product offering backed by great customer service.

The ideal candidate

• Comes from a hospitality, leisure or retail background
• Is used to managing teams of 15+
• Understands KPIs and can analyse the P&L

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies to support operational needs.

Most of all you must have a zest for making sure your customers have a great time in a welcoming, clean and safe environment.
