HR Business Partner Sought by Leading Leisure / Hospitality Business

My Client is an ambitious, growing leisure/hospitality business with national coverage in the UK and an expanding presence in Europe.

They are now seeking an HRBP to work with the HR Director in Head Office and the Regional Managers across the UK.

You must have experience in either leisure, hospitality, or retail sectors and be used to a multi-site business.

Key Elements of this Role

As HRBP, you’ll be instrumental in building engaged, motivated and high-performing teams.

Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership on transformational HR strategies

Drive projects that directly impact employee experience, wellbeing and growth

Generalist skills needed – the role will cover Talent Acquisition, ER, Team Management, HRIS implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, within retail, leisure, or hospitality
• A confident, proactive HR professional
• Someone passionate about culture, talent development and making a tangible difference
• The role will require travel to different areas of the UK.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Previous people management experience is an advantage

• Leading onboarding, offboarding and everything in between — ensuring every employee touchpoint reflects our values
• Driving cultural initiatives that strengthen connection and collaboration across the business
• Supporting leaders to set pay structures, perks and benefits that attract and retain top talent
• Spearheading the implementation of a new HRIS system, bringing efficiency and innovation
• Designing and delivering impactful training and development programmes
• Championing equality, diversity and inclusivity at every opportunity
• Training managers – upskilling them in modern HR functionality

This is a key appointment for the business as they look to strengthen their HR department ahead of further expansion.
