HR Business Partner Sought by Leading Leisure / Hospitality Business My Client is an ambitious, growing leisure/hospitality business with national coverage in the UK and an expanding presence in Europe. They are now seeking an HRBP to work with the HR Director in Head Office and the Regional Managers across the UK. You must have experience in either leisure, hospitality, or retail sectors and be used to a multi-site business. Key Elements of this Role As HRBP, you’ll be instrumental in building engaged, motivated and high-performing teams. Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership on transformational HR strategies Drive projects that directly impact employee experience, wellbeing and growth Generalist skills needed - the role will cover Talent Acquisition, ER, Team Management, HRIS implementation. What We’re Looking For At least 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, within retail, leisure, or hospitality A confident, proactive HR professional Someone passionate about culture, talent development and making a tangible difference The role will require travel to different areas of the UK.
