Warehouse Manager – Retail Logistics

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager ready to take the lead in a dynamic, high-volume environment? We’re looking for a results-driven professional to head up a 7-day logistics operation at the heart of the retail industry. If you’re passionate about efficiency, compliance, and leading high-performing teams, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver and develop the logistics strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
• Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service while driving continuous improvement
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, security protocols, and sustainability targets
• Manage operational KPIs through structured processes and procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture and uphold all regulatory standards
• Maintain Known Supplier status through full audit and compliance (CAA, DfT, H&S)
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless stock flow to retail locations
• Oversee property maintenance and on-site contractors within budget and compliance standards
• Implement customs and regulatory measures as required
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure all NXCT training requirements are consistently met

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse or logistics management within a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong understanding of H&S, compliance, and security regulations
• A hands-on leader who’s passionate about team development and operational excellence
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Experience in customs-regulated environments is a plus
