Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager ready to take the lead in a dynamic, high-volume environment? We’re looking for a results-driven professional to head up a 7-day logistics operation at the heart of the retail industry. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver and develop the logistics strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service while driving continuous improvement
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, security protocols, and sustainability targets
- Manage operational KPIs through structured processes and procedures
- Promote a strong safety culture and uphold all regulatory standards
- Maintain Known Supplier status through full audit and compliance (CAA, DfT, H&S)
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless stock flow to retail locations
- Oversee property maintenance and on-site contractors within budget and compliance standards
- Implement customs and regulatory measures as required
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all NXCT training requirements are consistently met
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse or logistics management within a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of H&S, compliance, and security regulations
- A hands-on leader who’s passionate about team development and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Experience in customs-regulated environments is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
