We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to lead their retail
team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Store
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the store
reflects the brand, and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Your
leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and positive environment where every team

What We’re Looking For

First of all – you must speak fluent German.
Retail Leader: Previous experience of being a manager, assistant manager, or department manager of a luxury or premium retail store, is a must.
Sales-Driven: You thrive on achieving targets and motivating your team to succeed.
Luxury Enthusiast: A genuine passion for jewelry and customer service.
Great Communicator: You excel at providing guidance to your team and building
relationships with customers.
Team-Oriented: You lead by example, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring excellent
customer service and a positive work culture.
● Sales Management: Set and drive sales targets, ensuring both individual and team
goals are met while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
● Customer Engagement: Lead by example in providing personalized, attentive service
to all clients, fostering long-term relationships.
● Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures,
cash handling, and inventory management.
● Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand
standards.
● Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for your team,
helping them grow their skills and knowledge of products.
● Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment, and ensure inventory
is accurately tracked.
● Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and store performance, identifying
opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
● Customer Feedback: Gather customer insights and ensure their feedback is acted
upon to continually improve the in-store experience.
● Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all health and safety
regulations, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers.
