We’re on the hunt for a F&B Team Manager who loves crafting incredible experiences. With a fantastic menu of carefully chosen food and drink options, we need someone to take the reins in making sure our customers our served in style. You’ll also be the driving force in inspiring and coaching our crew to match your energy and enthusiasm.

About You

Ready to bring your A-game to the heart of all things Food & Beverage? We’re on the lookout for someone like you, armed with supervisory skills finely tuned for the lively Leisure/Hospitality Industry. You should be used to getting the most out of your team, using both an informal approach, or KPIs where necessary.

You should have experience of setting rotas, and of understanding cost controls such as wastage and margin.

This is an opportunity to showcase your enthusiastic and proactive approach, leading your team with a practical and down-to-earth touch. Your easy-going demeanour will make both customers and your team feel right at home. A quick thinker who stays cool under pressure, you’ll understand and embrace our customer’s perspective like a true pro.

Your Duties

· Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function

· Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B

· Always maintain brand and safety standards

· Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas

· Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
