Role Overview

This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead a new store for one of the UK’s most respected menswear brands. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial success, and building a high-performing team that embodies our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch of the new store, working closely with head office and retail operations
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently exceed customer expectations and sales targets
• Deliver exceptional service standards that reflect the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
• Take full accountability for P&L, stock management, rota planning, and reporting
• Foster a client-centric culture through clientelling and relationship building
• Uphold operational excellence and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Represent the brand with professionalism, pride, and integrity at all times

About You

• Previous Store Management experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally menswear or fashion
• Proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing successful teams
• Commercially astute with strong operational and analytical skills
• Passionate about style, tailoring, and exceptional customer service
• A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
• Impeccably presented, with an eye for detail and a deep appreciation of the brand’s heritage
