Retail Training Lead – Europe

We’re seeking an experienced Retail Training Lead to drive learning and development across our Retail Store European teams. Based in Paris, this role is ideal for a dynamic, strategic professional passionate about people development and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with business goals

• Lead onboarding and induction processes across multiple markets

• Audit performance standards and deliver refresher training

• Support performance management and succession planning

• Monitor training impact through KPIs, feedback, and observation

• Promote a culture of learning using innovative tools and techniques

What You’ll Bring:

• Retail experience at a managerial level

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

• Experience in creating training materials

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative

• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe

• Training/coaching qualifications are a plus
