Together, they are creating opportunities for young people aged 14+ who may be struggling within traditional education settings — helping them develop confidence, skills and a more positive future.

We are now looking for an Area Manager to oversee approximately 8 sites, supporting educators and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, safeguarding and learner outcomes.

This is more than an operational leadership role. It’s an opportunity to:

✨ Improve educational quality and learner outcomes.

✨ Support young people who need a different route to success.

✨ Build strong relationships with schools, local authorities and key stakeholders.

✨ Help shape and grow an innovative alternative education provision.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced educational leader with a background in alternative provision, SEND or a similar setting, who has the skills to lead across multiple sites and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
