As part of an ambitious investment and growth strategy, our Client is seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead the next chapter of the business.

This is far more than a traditional commercial role.

We’re looking for someone who can combine entrepreneurial thinking with commercial discipline—a leader who enjoys building businesses, creating structure, driving performance, and inspiring teams.

Your mission will include:

⭐ Leading the transformation of the business from a successful French retailer into a multi-national omnichannel brand

⭐ Driving commercial performance across retail stores, e-commerce, CRM and customer experience

⭐ Developing and executing ambitious growth strategies across France before supporting expansion into Europe

⭐ Building a high-performance culture while remaining hands-on and close to the day-to-day operation

⭐ Working closely with international stakeholders to shape the future direction of the brand

We’re looking for someone who has:

✔ Experience leading commercial transformation within a premium retail, luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle business

✔ A proven track record of growing omnichannel businesses, including e-commerce, CRM and customer acquisition

✔ Experience managing both digital and physical retail performance

✔ Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility

✔ An entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy building, improving and creating rather than simply maintaining

✔ International experience and the ability to work confidently across multiple markets

✔ Fluent English (essential) and French
