Visual Merchandiser (In-Store) | Sales Operations
Location: Berlin/Hamburg | Store-Based Role

The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager and Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will take ownership of all in-store visual merchandising. You’ll drive sales through strong product presentation, deliver an engaging customer experience, and coach the store team to consistently execute high standards.

This is a hands-on, shopfloor-based role requiring close collaboration with the wider store team.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines

· Plan and execute shopfloor zoning, window displays, and product presentation

· Work closely with the Store Manager to review sales performance and implement commercial actions

· Train, coach, and motivate the team to deliver strong VM execution

· Lead all in-store campaign launches and ensure timely implementation

· Prioritise workload in line with trading needs and the commercial calendar

· Ensure excellent customer experience at all times on the shopfloor

· Support stock flow, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation

· Act as a role model, maintaining high standards of professionalism, reliability, and teamwork

Campaign & Planning

· Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute weekly and monthly VM changes

· Prepare for campaigns in advance, ensuring product availability, signage, and team readiness

· Lead the team on all campaign launches, ensuring strong execution from day one

Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within a retail environment (fashion preferred)

· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales data and take action

· Confident communicator with the ability to influence and develop store teams

· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Creative with a strong eye for detail, balanced with a commercial mindset

· Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
