Senior NPD Executive
Middlesex | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 WFH)

We’re looking for a Senior NPD Executive to join a well known beauty brand , working closely with a collaborative team.

This is a project management-led role where you’ll take ownership of product launches from concept through to in-store.

The Role:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of NPD projects
• Lead weekly meetings and presentations
• Deliver 2 launches per year.
• Brief suppliers and accounts, manage artwork sign-off
• Provide creative input on ranges and identify opportunities
• Support in-store execution (POS/stands)
• Manage pre-shipment inspections
• Contribute to weekly sales/trading meetings
• Ensure compliance (INCI, RSPO) is up to date

About You:

• Experience in NPD/project management within beauty or cosmetics, preferably colour cosmetics.
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Confident presenting and working with key accounts
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
• A collaborative, resilient team player
