Position: Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Division: FMCG- Beauty
Location: Doha, Qatar
Objective:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and create engaging, brand-aligned content to boost engagement, strengthen visibility, and drive sell-through across all digital channels, with a focus on the GCC beauty market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with brand priorities and sales targets. Track performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, animations, and copy for social, email, and web. Maintain a content calendar ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Social Media: Manage all accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook), engage with audiences, monitor analytics, and drive follower growth through campaigns and collaborations.
Product Launches: Lead digital rollouts for launches and promotions, creating product-focused content and coordinating timing with sales and logistics.
Influencer Marketing: Identify, brief, and manage beauty influencers and brand ambassadors, tracking performance and ROI.
Partner Support: Provide digital toolkits and localized content for distributors and retail partners, supporting joint campaigns.
SEO, CRM & Email Marketing: Optimize content for search, create targeted email campaigns, and analyze engagement metrics to refine performance.
Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform content and strategy.
E-Commerce: Support online listings, merchandising, and promotions across brand and partner sites.
Paid Media: Assist in planning and creating ad creatives for social, Google, and YouTube, optimizing spend and targeting.
Event Activation: Deliver digital coverage for events, including teasers, live updates, and recaps.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to align messaging and execution. Maintain an organized digital asset library.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (postgraduate/certifications an advantage).
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media, ideally in beauty.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, CRM tools, Google Analytics, and social platforms.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign management skills.
- Knowledge of GCC beauty market trends; Arabic is essential
