💼 Head Of Marketing – Beauty

Drive iconic brand launches across the region’s most dynamic beauty markets.

The Client, a leading retail and FMCG group in the GCC, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch and expansion of several global beauty brands within their fast-growing Beauty Division.

You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate commercial performance across the GCC.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead 360° marketing strategies: product launches, brand campaigns, influencer programs, and retail/trade activations.
Localise global brand messaging while maintaining brand identity across digital, in-store, and media touchpoints.
Plan and execute digital marketing, PR events, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand presence.
Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, training, supply chain, regulatory) to ensure launch excellence.
Track campaign performance, optimise spend, and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Act as the key liaison with international brand principals on marketing planning and reporting.

✅ You Will Need:

5–7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in beauty/skincare within multi-brand or distribution environments.
A degree in Marketing or related field; certifications in Digital or Trade Marketing are a plus.
Proven success in leading integrated campaigns across the GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar preferred).
Strong grasp of luxury beauty, clean beauty, and GCC consumer trends.
Experience with budget management, digital strategy, PR/influencer engagement, and retailer collaboration.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
