✔ Have strong organization and communication skills and proven retail management experience.

• Drive commercial success – Lead by example to achieve strong sales results through exceptional customer experience, visual merchandising, and product performance.
• Maximize efficiency & productivity – Oversee store operations, manage payroll budgets, and enhance team performance.
• Develop & inspire your team – Coach and mentor your management team, supporting their career progression and leadership growth.
• Lead from the shop floor – This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves being at the heart of retail, engaging with customers, and motivating their team.
