IB Talent Search is partnering with a leading global retail marketing business to appoint a senior People & Culture Lead / HR Business Partner for their London office.
This is a hands-on, high-impact HR leadership role providing maternity cover for six months – but with the opportunity to make a genuine difference across a growing international organisation.
You’ll act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across the UK and North America, while also providing strategic People & Culture leadership to a global Solutions business.
The role will include:
🔹 Senior HRBP support across UK & North America
🔹 Complex Employee Relations and case management
🔹 UK employment law and HR operations
🔹 Coaching and advising senior managers
🔹 Talent, performance and succession
🔹 Workforce planning and organisational design
🔹 Change management and organisational development
🔹 Strategic people advice across a global business
We’re looking for:
✔️ Proven Senior HRBP / People & Culture experience
✔️ Strong UK employment law knowledge
✔️ Experience supporting US & Canadian employees
✔️ International / multi-region experience
✔️ Strong ER, talent, performance and change experience
✔️ Someone who can operate strategically and remain hands-on
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
