Who are we?
IB Talent search was founded with the belief that we could combine our industry background, our recruitment experience, with a modern methodology, to create a forward-thinking, dynamic Recruitment Consultancy.
I have now been in recruitment for 15 years and have worked with some of the world’s top brands in fashion, retail, luxury and hospitality.
Previously the MD of a fashion business my commercial and international experience enables me to bring a holistic approach to recruitment.
My greatest enjoyment comes from building long term relationships with business and enabling them to find candidates that really help develop their business.

With years in Area Mangement in retail fashion, and 14 years recruitment agency experience, I bring a unique blend of industry expertise and recruitment insight. My clients and candidates benefit from a thorough, intuitive approach to talent acquisition in the dynamic world of retail and beyond.
I find genuine fulfillment in helping candidates secure their ideal roles and founding client relationships built on trust and integrity.
Outside of work, my time revolves around my young daughter, wonderful husband, walking our dog, our Victorian home renovation, and Joe Wicks!
